A rewarding experience for both the volunteer and the homeowner!
Our signature event, Rebuilding Dreams, is a large-scale home repair day where 1,000 volunteers magically transform the homes of low-income homeowners and nonprofit facilities. 
Skilled and unskilled volunteers perform tasks such as energy and safety improvements, yard cleanup, painting and carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs.
In Sacramento, 76,000 homes are considered substandard. Thousands of those homes are owned by seniors, disabled individuals or families with children.
The Rebuilding Dream events address this issue by joining volunteers and beneficiaries together in the old-fashioned American "barn-raising" tradition of neighbor helping neighbor.
